Adding alt text to your images on the Buffer mobile app
Currently, it is possible to add alt text to images scheduled to X/Twitter, Mastodon, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook through Buffer.

When you have added an image to your post in the Buffer composer (Learn more about scheduling posts on the Buffer mobile app here), tap Add Description to add your alt text, and then tap Done to save the changes. From there, you can finish scheduling your post.
