Setting up your timezones and posting schedules on the mobile app

Each of your connected social channels will have its own timezone and posting schedule. Each time that you configure here becomes a time slot in your queue. Then, when you're scheduling posts, you don't need to think about the date and time each one should be published, all you need to do is add them to your queue and they'll automatically be placed into the next available time slots and published as part of your usual posting flow.

Adjusting your timezone

As opposed to having an account-wide timezone, you're able to configure the timezone for each of your connected social channels. This allows you to publish content at the most appropriate times for your audiences.

  1. Tap the round avatar icon at the top left of your screen and tap on the channel you'd like to adjust the timezone for (if it's not already selected).

  2. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom right of your screen.

  3. You'll see two tabs in the Settings area — settings for the channel you have selected and "Account Settings". Ensure the first tab is selected and tap Timezone.

  4. Tap the blue button in the middle of the screen to set the timezone to match your device, or alternatively, search for the city you'd like to set it to at the top of your screen and then tap the correct timezone.

Setting up your posting schedule

  1. Tap the round avatar icon at the top left of your screen and tap on the channel you'd like to adjust the timezone for (if it's not already selected).

  2. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom right of your screen.

  3. You'll see two tabs in the Settings area — settings for the channel you have selected and "Account Settings". Ensure the first tab is selected and tap Posting Schedule.

  4. Under the "Posting Schedule" heading, you'll see each day listed, along with the number of posting times for each day. Tap on the day you'd like to adjust.

  5. You'll then see each posting time for that day listed. Tap on the time you'd like to adjust. Change the time as needed and then tap Use this time. You can also change any of the other posting times for the day here.

  6. If you'd like to add a new posting time for that day, tap Add a new time. Choose the time you'd like to add and then tap Use this time.

  7. Once you're happy with your changes for each day, tap Save.
