After a period of inaccessibility for users in the United States, TikTok has started restoring its services.
A statement from the "TikTok Policy" X account explains that the TikTok team is working on a long-term solution to keep access in the U.S. open.

TikTok users in the United States
We recently informed U.S. users that due to the recent legal developments, TikTok is temporarily inaccessible to users in the U.S.
At this time, no action is needed on your part. The TikTok ban in the U.S. is currently expected to be temporary.
If you would like, you have the option to disconnect your TikTok channel from Buffer via your Channels page and replace it with another channel of your choice by following these steps: Disconnecting a channel from Buffer.

TikTok outside of the United States
If your TikTok account was created outside of the United States and you still have access to the TikTok app, you will also continue to be able to publish your content through Buffer to TikTok.
