Are you seeing this error while trying to get your Instagram business account connected to Buffer Publish?
This error appears if the permissions for Buffer to access your Facebook account have not been properly set up. This is most likely to occur if you you modify any permissions under the "Choose what you allow" section in Facebook when authorizing Buffer to access your Facebook account.
To resolve this, you'll need to check the permissions in Facebook, following the steps below.
Click on the small drop down arrow at the top right of your screen and then click Settings & privacy > Settings. From there, click Business integrations on the left hand side (or click this link).
Find Buffer in the list of integrations and click View and edit.
In the pop up window, we need to ensure that all Facebook pages are checked in all sections. Once you've checked all pages, click Save. If you do not see any pages listed, it means that all pages are already checked and you do not need to make any changes.
Once that's done, try connecting your Instagram account to Publish again.
