Would you like to receive an email notification when your queue needs topping up or if a post fails to send? Click on your profile avatar at the top right of your Publish dashboard and then click on Preferences. Then, select the Notifications tab.
The table below outlines the various notifications you can enable/disable.
|Empty Buffer||We'll send an email notification when one of your queues is empty.|
|Newsletter||We'll send occasional newsletters to let you know about the latest features and tips. This is a great notification to have enabled so you can keep up with what's happening with the product.|
|Update Failures||We'll send an email notification if a post fails to send.|
|Update Successes||We'll send an email notification every time a post is published. (This will generate a lot of emails if you post frequently, so most customers prefer to have this notification disabled.)|
|Weekly Digests||We'll send a weekly email notification with a summary of how the posts you've shared over the past seven days have been performing. The subject of this email is "Your Social Media Report Card". You can also view the same information here: https://buffer.com/weekly-digest|
|Awaiting Approval||We'll send an email notification whenever a when a new draft is ready to review. Learn more about drafts and approvals here.|
|Post moved back to drafts||We'll send an email notification whenever one of your posts is moved from the Approvals area back to the Drafts area. Learn more about drafts and approvals here.|
|Celebrations||We'll send occasional email notifications celebrating your posting achievements.|
