# Refund policy

We build Buffer with intention and care - we believe you'll love how it transforms your workflows.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, you have a change of heart, or your experience might have fallen short. If that's the case for you, we're here to help.

We will offer a refund as follows:

* **Monthly plans: **Within 7 days of starting a subscription
* **Annual plans:** Within 30 days of starting a subscription
