# How to adjust audio settings on the Buffer mobile app

Within the Buffer app, you can disable sounds if you'd like. To do that,

1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the app.
2. Under "More," tap ***Account Settings.***
3. Scroll down to the "Composer" section and toggle **Enable Composer Sounds** ON or OFF.
